4 venues, best rated first
Venues that are soapy houses first and foremost come first, then shops that also offer soapy. Within each group, order combines Google rating, number of reviews and how complete the venue's published information is. How we rank
On the map
Ladprao, the long residential stretch of Lat Phrao Road and its side streets such as Wang Hin, has four venues in this guide. Three are soapy houses: Yesika, Landmark The Exclusive Club Lounge and Massage and Princess Spa Wanghin. The fourth, Funky Spa, is a nuru shop.
Only two venues have price references. Princess Spa Wanghin's rate card starts at ฿1,500, and Funky Spa's starts at ฿999, the lowest here. Yesika and Landmark do not publish prices, so you will need to ask.
Hours are long. Landmark lists 12:00 to 04:00, and Funky Spa 09:00 to 06:00, among the latest closing times in the city. Only Yesika has a station in walking range, about 15 minutes from MRT Lat Phrao 71; for the others, a taxi is the practical choice. If you are closer to the centre, the houses in Ratchada and Sutthisan are a short ride south.
Prices here come from several sources, including venue menus, external references and customer reviews. Check the source and date on the venue page before comparing; a review payment is not a current menu.
The three soapy houses
Yesika shows a Google rating of 5.0, but from only 11 reviews. It opens daily from 10:00 to 02:00 and is about 15 minutes' walk from MRT Lat Phrao 71. It does not publish prices.
Landmark The Exclusive Club Lounge and Massage is the late option among the soapy houses, open 12:00 to 04:00 daily. Its Google rating is 4.9 from nine reviews. As the name suggests, it presents itself as a club lounge as well as a massage venue. No prices are published.
Princess Spa Wanghin has the most reviews of the three, 53 at a 4.3 rating, and is the only soapy house here with a available price reference, which starts at ฿1,500. It opens early, from 09:30, and closes at midnight. As its name says, it is on the Wang Hin side of the area.
Funky Spa, the nuru option
Funky Spa is a nuru shop rather than a soapy house. Its rate card starts at ฿999, the cheapest starting price in Ladprao and lower than any venue in Asok or Phrom Phong. It also keeps the longest hours here, from 09:00 to 06:00 daily, so it is one of the few places in this guide open through the small hours.
Its Google rating is 3.8 from 50 reviews, the lowest in the area. Read its own page before you decide. For more venues that stay open late, see the late-night soapy massage guide.
Prices and getting there
With only two available price references, Ladprao does not have enough prices for a meaningful average. What can be said is that both are low by Bangkok standards: ฿999 at Funky Spa and ฿1,500 at Princess Spa Wanghin. For comparison, the median starting price across the Asok venues is ฿2,250.
Transport is the main drawback. Yesika is the only venue listed within walking distance of a station, and even that is about 15 minutes. The rest have no station nearby, so most people go by taxi or ride-hailing car. The Bangkok hub lists every area in the city, and the map shows exact locations if you want to combine a visit with somewhere else nearby.
