The complaints are few but specific. One reviewer asked to stop five minutes into the session and says the shop refused a partial refund. Another gives one star for poor customer service, without detail. A four-star reviewer found the staff on the older side, in their 30s, and noted that Soi 33 has fewer food options than Soi 26. Many of the five-star reviews are very brief, so the long run of named-therapist praise says more about the lineup than about the shop itself.
