There is a bar, and a large private parking area. One Google reviewer describes the karaoke room as big enough for 8 to 10 people, and another mentions an all-black colour scheme.

The website also advertises jobs, offering free staff accommodation and daily cash pay.

One reviewer reported the shop closed when they visited in July 2024. Its current listing gives daily hours of 12:00 to 05:00, but it is worth confirming on LINE before a long drive.

XO Spa suits men in the Rama 2 and Bang Khun Thian area who want a massage venue with parking, a bar and karaoke, and very late hours. It's in our late-night soapy massage list because of the 05:00 close.

The most recent review, from six months ago, praises the owner for keeping a watch the reviewer had left behind.

There are reasons for caution. Most reviews are two to five years old. A cluster from two years ago uses very similar promotional phrasing. Several from five years ago talk about staff accommodation, income and job opportunities, which suggests they were written by or for staff. The negatives are a one-star review from July 2024 reporting the shop closed, and a two-star review from three years ago saying only one therapist was available. Recent, detailed reviews from customers are scarce.
