Nuru Spa

Nuru Spa is a nuru shop first, with soapy massage on the menu, rather than a traditional Thai bathhouse. It suits someone staying in Rawai or Nai Harn who wants a small place with clear prices: the rate card starts at ฿1,500 for 40 minutes, a soapy or nuru session is ฿2,500 for an hour, and there is a VIP jacuzzi room. Couples and four-hands sessions are on the card too.

It holds a 4.8 Google rating from 99 reviews, all recent ones five stars but mostly a few words long. If you want a classic soapy house, compare the best soapy massage in Phuket first. If you are based in Patong or Phuket Town, factor in a fairly long ride south.

According to its website, Nuru Spa works out of a private villa on Soi Saiyuan, Rawai, and offers either classic soapy massage or Japanese-style nuru gel massage. A VIP jacuzzi suite can be combined with either. The listed services include body-to-body, shower, private rooms, four-hands sessions and couples sessions.

The languages spoken, payment methods and whether walk-ins are accepted are not published.

The Google Maps listing gives +66946475197 as the phone number. Ask the venue directly about booking, availability, session length and the total price. The guide does not take reservations or infer whether walk-ins are accepted.

The address is 53, 52 Soi Saiyuan, Moo 7, Rawai, Mueang Phuket District, Phuket 83130. Phuket has no rail transit, so it is a taxi, ride-hailing app or your own scooter. Soi Saiyuan is on the Rawai side of the island, well south of Patong.

It is open every day from 12:00 to midnight. Other venues on the island are listed on the Phuket page.

Nuru Spa has a 4.8 Google rating from 99 reviews; its website still shows an older 4.7 from 64. Every recent review is five stars, and most are a few words long ("very good", "great"). The longer ones tend to mention friendly staff, cleanliness and a choice of programmes.

More than one married couple writes about booking the couples session and being pleased with it, which matches the Couples item on the rate card. One reviewer notes that payment is taken before the session, so there are no surprise charges. There are no low ratings among the recent reviews. That is encouraging, though the number of very short reviews means they say less about the service than the headline score suggests.
